DEVABLE (“we”, “us”) operates devables.com. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and respond to you, and we never sell your data.

- Information you give us - when you submit the contact form or email us (name, email, company, and the project details you choose to share), we receive it so we can reply.
- Usage data - we use privacy-friendly product analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser). This is aggregate and helps us improve the site.

Our analytics is cookieless: it stores nothing on your device - no cookies, no local storage - and measures site usage in aggregate only. We use minimal browser storage for essentials, such as remembering your light/dark theme preference. You can block or clear browser storage at any time; the site remains fully usable.
Service providers & international transfers
We share personal data only with the processors that help us run the site, under contractual safeguards - never for sale or rent:
- PostHog (EU) - cookieless, aggregate product analytics, processed on EU infrastructure.
- Resend - delivery of the contact-form emails (your message to us and your acknowledgement).
- Google Workspace - our email inbox, where we receive and reply to you.
- Cloudflare - hosting, CDN, and site security.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country; where they do, appropriate transfer safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) apply. We may also disclose data where required by law.
Data retention
Enquiry data (your contact-form message and our email correspondence) is kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted - unless we need to retain it longer to meet a legal or accounting obligation. Our analytics is cookieless and aggregate, with no long-term profile tied to you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, just get in touch. If you are in the EU or UK and have a concern we haven’t resolved, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.
